We ship to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland free of charge. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.

We only ship by mail. Unfortunately, pickup is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Returns

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. A tracking number is mandatory for your return. Without a tracking number, we cannot accept liability for lost goods. We therefore strongly recommend that you track your return to ensure it reaches us safely. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience.



General information

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original, new condition, as received, except for the protective film, which has been removed for testing purposes. Please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and include all accessories and packaging components, so that they are suitable for resale. If any items are missing from the order, the regular retail price shown in the store will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

    If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.



  2. The following fees will be charged for missing/damaged parts:

    • Damaged items: No refund possible
    • Original packaging missing: 20,00 €
    • Original packaging damaged: 15.00 €
    • Instruction manual missing: 15,00€
    • Metal bracelet missing: 35€
    • Charger missing: 15,00€

Refund of a product with a free gift:

If you purchased a product with a free item and wish to return it, all items must be returned together for a refund. If the free item included with a product is not returned, a refund is unfortunately not possible. Watchbutton reserves the right to either fully reject or accept the return. In this case, Watchbutton may reduce the refund amount by the full retail price of the gifted item. It is not possible to return only the free gift.

Refund of bundle offers:

If you wish to return a product that you purchased together with another product at a discounted price during a promotion in the Watchbutton online shop (product bundle), all products purchased in the bundle must be returned together and at the same time to receive a full refund. If a product from the purchased bundle offer is not returned, the refund will be made less the selling price of the product you did not return. The non-discounted selling price from the Watchbutton online shop at the time you purchased the product will be deducted.

Shipping and return costs for incomplete or incorrect addresses

1. Customer responsibility

The customer is obligated to provide a complete and correct delivery address. This includes:

  • Street name, house number, postal code and city
  • if applicable, company name or special delivery instructions
  • Name on the doorbell, mailbox or intercom (without a name, delivery cannot be made)

We offer free shipping, however, additional return shipping costs may apply if your address information is incomplete or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs, as shipping was not possible due to the address you provided.

Missing or incorrect information may result in an undeliverable shipment. Possible reasons include:

  1. Recipient address insufficient
  2. Delivered to alternative drop-off point
  3. The recipient could not be identified (e.g. name missing on doorbell/mailbox)
  4. Shipment does not comply with shipping conditions
  5. Incorrect postal number

In all these cases, delivery cannot be successful.

2. Undeliverable packages and costs

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. In this case, the customer will bear the following costs:

Return costs:

  • Germany: €23.00
  • Austria: 10.00 €

Reshipment:

  • Germany: 12.00 €
  • Austria: €5.00

These fees will be charged to the customer.

3. Uncollected packages

If a customer fails to collect their package within the specified timeframe and the package is returned to us after 14 days, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. These return costs are identical to those for undeliverable packages.

4. Notification and re-dispatch

If a return is made, the customer will be notified immediately. They can then:

  • correct the address and arrange for reshipment (see costs above)
  • cancel the order (return costs will be deducted from the refund amount)

5. Disclaimer

The sender is not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information or unclaimed packages. We offer free shipping, but cannot cover additional costs in these cases. We strongly recommend checking the address carefully before completing your order and picking up packages in a timely manner.


For orders on our website:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please retain the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  2. If returning an item for inspection, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please retain the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we have inspected the item, we will inform you of the next steps.
  3. After receiving the return, it takes approximately 1-3 business days to process your refund. Your refund will appear in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
